There are many types of fitness but the most important of them are Flexible, Balance, Strength, and Endurance. Our physical condition will improve if we can work on these main issues. Which has been proved by research. There is also some fitness that is stamina, accuracy, coordination, and some other fitness that helps us stay healthy like Anaerobic and Cardiovascular (Cardio) fitness.

Flexibility is the ability of the body's joints to move in a sufficiently tolerable range. Flexibility is very necessary for various sports, exercises especially swimming, gymnastics etc. If you have flexibility, you can travel freely and the chances of harming your body are also reduced.
